Pty Limited (ABN 55 001 229 554) and its associated companies including Fujitsu General New Zealand Limited (the “Fujitsu ANZ”, “we” or “our”) This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and manage your personal information in the course of our business.

Direct Marketing

Sensitive Information

It is not our practice to collect Sensitive Information unless you have consented, or the collection is required or permitted under law or for purpose of defending or taking legal action. Sensitive information includes information or an opinion about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record, health information, genetic information about an individual that is not otherwise health information, biometric information that is to be used for the purpose of automated biometric verification or biometric identification and biometric templates.
